REVENUE ACCOUNT MANAGER – This full-time position involves managing the insurance revenue cycle for multiple optometry client offices. Review and correct claims before submission. Monitor data entry team work for quality assurance. Analyze and reprocess denials for both medical and vision payer balances in a variety of EHR systems. Track A/R trends to ensure no gaps in reimbursement. Communicate findings with clients and team lead with recommendations for corrective action. Train or retrain data entry and AR status teams as needed to ensure optimal results.
