Angie Whitlock is a Registered Nurse who graduated with a BSN from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA in 1996. After 17 years as a RN and the birth of two children, she decided she needed a change and pursued a career as a Medical Coder. She received her certification in 2013 through AAPC and joined Applied Medical Systems shortly thereafter. Her specialties include coding in Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Telehealth, Pediatrics, General Medicine, and Plastic Surgery.
